Standard Office Manager Class

The Office Manager is the person responsible for managing patient service for the day, and oftentimes manages the practice as a whole. This position can work as manager of the front office, often called Front Office Manager, manage the entire office under the managing doctor, often called Office Manager, and as manager over multiple doctors, often called Practice Administrator.

Regardless of the title, this position requires leadership, attention to detail, and highly developed interpersonal skills to ensure a cohesive team working together to deliver amazing dental care.

This class is intended for cross training an experienced front office team member to help with management, hiring, and team cohesiveness. If you would like to learn all areas of the front office and dental administration, we suggest that you take the Dental Administrator Program.
