Scheduling Coordinator Class

The Scheduling Coordinator is the person primarily concerned with the schedule for the practice. The Scheduling Coordinator is usually the first person to greet a patient on the phone, the first person to meet them when they walk in the door, and often the last person they see before they leave. The Schedule Coordinator schedules patient over the phone and in person, and may also be responsible for making outbound calls to confirm appointments, as well as fill empty spaces in the schedule.

This position along with the Financial Coordinator is a position that can be connected with the Treatment Coordinator position.
